Louis-Philippe Morel’s body of work has been influenced by a long and well established tradition of French-Canadian abstract painters, such as Paul-Émile Borduas and Jean-Paul Riopelle, as well as by American Masters like Joan Mitchell and Jackson Pollock.

He has sold more than twenty works to private collectors over the past years, one of which was displayed in the offices of the Place des Arts, Montreal’s most reputable concert hall.

He presently resides in Port of Spain.
